Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a legal agreement between you and bc11.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all services on the bc11 platform. By registering or using the site, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use this platform.

  • "Wager" or "Bet" refers to participation in any game or sports event using real money.
  • "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional money granted by bc11 that cannot be withdrawn before specified wagering requirements are met.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

In these Terms, singular words may carry plural meaning and plural words may carry singular meaning, depending on context. Section headings are for reading convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To participate on the bc11 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and play on bc11. No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to use our platform. We reserve the right to verify your age at the time of registration.

Geographic Restrictions

bc11 operates primarily for players in Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Accessing the platform from a restricted area is a violation of these Terms.

Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Only one account may be opened per device. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all will be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited.

Important: Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. bc11 may request documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Account Management

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.

bc11 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account caused by the user's negligence or sharing of their password.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bc11 may request a valid identity document, proof of address, or other documents for verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed. Contact support for more information about documents accepted for verification.

Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining funds before the account is closed, subject to applicable conditions. bc11 also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under certain circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

bc11 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket only. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be reversed or investigated.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) and to your own account.

bc11 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected, if KYC has not been completed, or for technical reasons. Withdrawal processing times may vary based on market conditions or at the operator's discretion.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method) | Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 | Withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members at bc11 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met. Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward the wagering requirement — contact support for details.

Other Promotions

bc11 offers various promotions, cashback offers, and VIP benefits from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer details. bc11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

If misuse of promotions is detected (such as using multiple accounts or bonus hunting), the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on bc11 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined entirely at random using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Users may not challenge the outcome of any bet unless a technical error is proven.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to place bets on a variety of sporting events. The outcome of each bet depends on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with bc11's rules.

For in-play betting, odds change in real time. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical failure, bc11 will provide a fair resolution after investigation. bc11 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bc11 platform:

  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21) or helping them play.
  • Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Registering an account using false or misleading information.
  • Placing bets using computer programs, bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding or conspiring with other users.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
  • Misusing bonuses and promotions or exploiting rule loopholes for unfair advantage.
  • Arbitrage betting or any method intended to cause financial harm to the platform.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, bc11 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, cancel bonuses, and seize funds. Information may be shared with law enforcement authorities if required.

8. Responsible Gaming

bc11 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a source of financial stress or personal problems.

Control Tools

Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits on their account. The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily close your account for a set period.

11. Service Suspension & Termination

Account Suspension

bc11 may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

  • In case of a violation of the terms and conditions.
  • If fraud or irregularity is suspected.
  • In case of failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.
  • At the user's request as part of responsible gaming policy.

If an account is suspended, the user will be notified and given the opportunity to raise an objection. An effort will be made to complete the process of fair funds withdrawal, unless there is a legal obligation preventing it.

Service Closure

bc11 reserves the right to discontinue any part or all of its services at any time with prior notice. Before the service is closed, users will be given a reasonable opportunity to withdraw their funds.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
